MIDIShark

This utility app allows you to observe MIDI messages on the status bar as they go through virtual and physical interfaces associated with USB/Firewire adapters connected to your Mac. Very handy for MIDI programming with sequencers. Very useful for learning MIDI messages associated with specific controls when working with external MIDI equipment (synths, drum machines, etc). Features: - Two ways of viewing MIDI messages : detailed and input/output activity status. - Detailed mode shows the message type and the message data - It supports dynamically attached/removed MIDI devices while the program is running. No restart required.
